If you're using the HTML interface, there should be a little blue ribbon with a 
"+" sign next to it in the "Next Steps" box in the upper right corner of thR 
document. 

If you're a tabbed-browsing sort of person, be aware that you may need to 
reload the document before bookmarking it, if you're coming back to it after 
looking at another tab.
