Long Running query alert and kill process

Can somebody the best approach to alert DBA team for long running query like 
more than one day and kill session and also alert DBA team ? Is there any OEM 
events available for the same or has to put manual Alert ? Also what is best 
approach if need to schdule manually using Oracle Scheduler or Cron ?
