Installing 12c OMS/EM

I've never done the OMS/EM install before so I've been poring over the
docs. Everything says to create a new database. We would prefer to use an
existing 11.2.0.2 database. Is that an option? If yes, is there anything
I need to do to ready it for the OMS install? Can anyone point me to a doc
that tells me what I need. I'll keep looking, but haven't found one yet.
