It means keep working hard .. i agree with what you have observed. Quite
a bit of my co-workers have found jobs elsewhere .. the market *IS*
picking up. Keep your options open .. as they say .. Opportunity knocks
at the door only once .. You never know when it is going to rain in your
forest
