Alex, I may have found a solution.  Are you still having problems?  Are your
online and archived log files in ASM?

This is very interesting!!
I am facing with the same problem, but on Solaris platform.
It was working, I tried to change the Extractor processes and I started to
get this error too.

Any clue is more than welcome.
