Yes. Just create a baseline from it and mark it as not enabled. Baselines can
be used both ways: to mark desirable plans as enabled ( and accepted and fixed
) as well as mark non-desirable plans as not enabled ( and not fixed ).


Is there a way to completely eliminate or invalidate a past plan from being
considered by the optimizer again?
