Estimation of RMAN backup and datapump size

Hi All.
We have an 40 GB testing database(10G) running in linux with noarchive log
mode.That machine has less free space.
The database used space (dba_segment size -32 GB). If i take rman backup in
noarchivelog mode ,what would be the size of backup (32GB) or less.
If we use datapump (full database) approxi.. how much dump size would be.(40
GB?)
