This is identified by oracle and this problem occurs in Firefox 3.6 version. If
you use IE this will not occur.

I have had this issue. I tried Firefox and Google Chrome. I had to try about 5
times till it finally worked. Not sure why it is throwing a 404 error.

I discovered this error after trying to download a different file that I "knew"
was there and getting the above error. So I now I'm wondering if they are
having some kind of network problem, or if it gives you that error when the
download server is busy.
Anyone else noticed this behavior?
