Hello Gurus,
I was applying a bug patch on the 12.2.0.1 database on windows.
Opatch successfully applied, but the post installation step "datapatch"
faced error.
The sqlpatch_invocation.log has below

catconInit: catcon_kill_sess_gen.sql not found at ORACLE_HOME, will instead use
D:\Oracle\Database12cR2\rdbms\admin/catcon_kill_sess_gen.sql
verify_queryable_inventory returned ORA-20001: Latest xml inventory is not
loaded into table
Please refer to MOS Note 1609718.1 and/or the invocation log

I re-created the directories "OPATCH_SCRIPT_DIR,OPATCH_LOG_DIR" with the same
path as mentioned in MOS Note 1609718.1 and also I rolled backed the patch and
updated opatch with latest version but still same issue.
Could you please advise.
