Hi Guru's,

I read thro' Cary's book last weekend(thanks for the long weekend!!)..The
experience was..simply Great!!...I wish this book was published a little
earlier. As a person coming from science background, I always thought that
Oracle tuning should be approached in a scientific method and after reading
this book , I feel now that I was correct.

It was nice to see a lot of scientific and statistic related stuff like
planks constant, poison distribution, queuing theory...I wish I had remembered
all these ;-)...I had to dig through my college books from the attic to
understand the role of statistics behind Oracle tuning..

Fellow Listers, if you have not read thro Cary's work...believe me...you have
missed something spectacular

 Cary,

    Well done EXCELLENT Job...!!

Best Regards

Sriram Kumar
