Bug#19461270 is fixed!

Dear Oracle-L,

Happy New Year! Last September, I had responded to one of the threads regarding 
SGA sizing and in that I had mentioned about Bug#19461270 and the havoc it 
created with ORA-4031s when processing DDLs on interval-partitioned tables. 
From our internal testing after applying the patch, it looks like this bug has 
been fixed. It also looks like for Oracle Exadata is part of the overlay patch 
for Bug#20277621. It is covered as part of BP24. The readme for that is here:
