Anyone have examples of ODCIStatsFunctionCost they care to share?

As PL/SQL is not my strong suit, I am looking for working examples of
ODCIStatsFunctionCost that I can learn from. I have been reading the
Data Cartridge Developer's Guide and am still trying to make sense of
these extensible statistics.
