Re: Ad Administration , Ad Patch don't work & Application don't open

Did you run Autoconfig after running FNDCPASS?  You have to run AutoConfig 
after using FNDCPASS apps/xxx 0 Y system/yyy SYSTEM APPLSYS zzz
where xxx, yyy and zzz are the passwords.
