AW: Oracle 10g and Perl

Hi

I also unset the PERL5LIB variable and didn't encounter any probs with =
ActiveState Perl 5.8 and Cygwin Perl 5.8.
I don't know wether the Perl 5.6 that comes with Oracle still works, but =
who needs that anyway.

Yes, it was ActiveState.

I found that the solution is to simply delete the PERL5LIB=20
environment variable, which is perfectly safe to do if you
have no need of Oracle's perl installation. ( I don't )

At least 10g has upgraded Perl from 5.6.0 to 5.6.1.  Woo hoo!

It's gone from obsolete to merely outdated.
