Probably a dumb question, but why do I get a plethora of "=20" in many
messages from the list? I'm using Outlook Express and don't remember ever
seeing this with the old ORACLE_L - with the same settings. It must have to
do with HTML posts or something, but its driving me crazy (a short trip
anyway).

The message snippet here is an extreme case - I see an "=20" after literally
every word! So, what OE setting is horked?
