Krishna,

You mention about configuring the control files in the center of the disk.
(In your small web site)
Is it because of average seek time being minimum ?
How do you find that in a solaris/windows disk ?

Regards,
Srinivasan.

Guys,

While I was preparing for the above exam, I thought it is a
nice idea to prepare a detailed descriptive document, instead
of scratch like notes. Then, I thought of putting the doc on
my small web site, so you people can read it!

It is just 40% complete; but all the topics are almost covered.
Hope you will enjoy reading this!

To access the documents, click on "9i on Linux" at

Regards,
Krishna
