10gR2 RAC Database instance & CRS shutdown Hanging

Folks
Instance & CRS shutdown both seem to be Hanging for an internal Test
10gR2 RAC Setup.
What approach / action should be considered? Will O.S. RE-BOOT of Both
the Nodes in the Current State resolve the issues?
P.S.
Oracle version - 10.2.0.2
Solaris 10
On Node 1
Unable to shutdown the instance using srvctl & "shutdown immediate".
Both Hanging.
Following message is being Written infinite Number of Times to the
"alert_PNBRAC1.log" (attached)

$ crs_stat -t Hanging
# ORACLE_CRS_HOME/bin/crsctl stop crs also Hanging Without any Display
Following Data being continuously Written to
/ora/rac10gr2/crs/log/spesuns4p-2/crsd/crsd.log infinite Number of Times

retval lht [-27] Signal CV.
On Node 2
Instance shutdown successfully done using "shutdown immediate"
(respective instance had been originally brought up using srvctl command
though)
# ORACLE_CRS_HOME/bin/crsctl stop crs
Stopping resources.
Hanging after Displaying the Above Message "Stopping resources"
