Good question.
No expected release date in sight.
For OCS v1 was released for windows, then v2 -- no windows, then this new
version was released with a port to Windows. They skipped the Windows
platform altogether for version 2. I think if it had been "easy" to port
to Windows, they would have released one for v2 as well but they didn't.
