migration apps from HP to AIX

dears,i have 11.5.10.2 with 9i DB single node on HP and the client want to move
it to 2 nodes (DB and Apps) on IBM AIX.can you please share hints/steps you
have.my understanding and plan i have is-upgrade current db to 10g -migrate
database.-migrate apps tire.i will appriciate all hints/steps on how to do that
