linux migration -techstack installation

hi all,
another issue on my migration journey,
i am starting rapidwiz with rapidwiz -techstack to install 9iAS, it start
installing but without even unzipping files, it finishes installing and checks
techstack! when i check log file i see these errors:

at oracle.apps.ad.util.LogFile.warning(LogFile.java:268)

oracle.apps.ad.autoconfig.InstantiateFile.doMain(InstantiateFile.java:1988)
at
oracle.apps.ad.autoconfig.InstantiateFile.main(InstantiateFile.java:2312)

Creating a File Driver for running Techstack only Install -
