RE: in wf_notifications mail status is null

Many users will not get email, if they don't have proper settings, 

Responsibility -> Preferences SSWA -> Preferences -> Email Style (Notifications 
section) 


Verify this... and also proper email (in order FND_USER, PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F, 
WF_LOCAL_ROLES)
