fcgi_xxx directories in /tmp

hello all,

this is apps 11.5.10 under linux production..
I just noticed that there are lot of fcgi_xxx directories are getting generated 
after every 3-4 seconds /tmp,and further these directories contain /dynamic 
directory which is blank..

what might have happened..please help...
