adpatch adadmin error

hi
i got 3nodes mls setup
im doing patching
for nls should i apply u11510nls.drv
when i apply it on admin/conc node it fails
and then i couldnt disable the maintenance mode
i get aiimToggleMaintenanceMode():Error while calling aiucm3() error
error while running that scripts
sqlplus -s &un_apps/***** @/ad/11.5.0/patch/115/sql/adsetmmd.sql DISABLE

An error occurred while running adsetmmd.sql
i brought the apps up and took it down again
still i couldnt disable the maintenance mode
how to use oam to check what patch i need to apply
.
