I am just worried about the fact the WLS the server has an EMAGENT ruuning that
needs to run and now I have to install the OEM agent on the box.

Never worked with WLS, but I don't really see an issue.(BTW, that is Web
Logic Server, Right?)
If the plugin doesnt work or is not available, you could get away registering
user defined metrics on the host, which are essentially shell commands.
Probably also "Web Applications" and "Services", but my knowledge on grid
control is rather limited... So I cant help you with those.
The problem I usually have with grid control is that it is too complex,
having lots of predefined stuff, and sometimes doesnt work as expected, like
alarms not getting cleared after the situation is resolved.
Perhaps someone that is more a Grid Control guru could help more with this.
