Upgrading to 10.2.0.3 with 11.5.10.2

Hello Gurus,
Metalink Certification doesnt say if 10gR3 is certified with 11i , but
Oracle is releasing security patches for 10.2.0.3 version as well, meaning
that it must be certified.
My question is - Has anyone upgraded to 10gR3 from 10gR2 on an
11.5.10.2platform? and If yes, whats the metalink document no.
