Mamta,

   You need to follow the 11.5.10.2 maitenance pack note. See the 11.5.10.2 
patch readme to confirm the note number, it should be 316365.1.

   If you want to upgrade the database to the latest version too, you will need 
to see the 11i/10.2 database interoperability notes (362203.1).

   I have some spreadsheets that I used to make this upgrade but they are very 
customer specific. The procedure changes depending on which modules you have 
installed. The mode modules, the more product specific patches and 
configuration needs to be done. 

   Also, it has been a long time since 11.5.10.2 was released, so you probably 
will need to upgrade some modules after you install the 11.5.10.2.

   You also could take a look at the maintenance Wizard. Personally I think it 
is a cumbersome tool, but it may help you to get a picture of the needed steps.
