Unable to run Maintain Snapshot option.

Hi list,
I am in process for an upgrade from 11.5.5 to 11.5.9.
After installing 1.0.2.2.2 iAS version, I executed "txkValidateRollup.sh"
script.
$cd /u03/patches/4139957/4139957/fnd/patch/115/bin
$txkValidateRollup.sh
So, now I want to install patch "3483353" which is a requirement according
to next output.
[FAIL] The patch 2949264 must be applied.
The version of
/d02/applmgr/prodappl/fnd/11.5.0/patch/115/sql/AFCPUTLS.pls is 115.12.
afcpnode.sql delivered with this patch requires
a minimum version of 115.25.
When I try to install patch "3483353" it is failing with next error message:
adusnapBackfillBugs():Error while calling aiucm3()
AutoPatch error:
Error calling adusnapBackfillBugs()
Then I try to run Maintain Snapshot Information from "adadmin" tool, but it
is failing with next error message:
Error extracting all object modules from library:
/d02/applmgr/prodappl/fnd/11.5.0/lib/libfnd.a
Error extracting all object modules from library
"/d02/applmgr/prodappl/fnd/11.5.0/lib/libfnd.a"
Failed to get the object modules of file"libfnd.a"
AD Administration error:
Failed store Snapshot file info
adusnapMaintainSnapshot() : Error calling adusnapUpdateCurrentView()
Error calling adusnapMaintainSnapshot
Backing up restart files, if any......Done.
Any advice or help about how to solve this problem will be really
appreciated.
