Hi Young
You can vi trace file which end with APPS.trc to find which module or form
or reports or which user turn truce/debug on.

if you filesystem increasing very fast,and almost of trace file like
%_APPS.trc,I think Jose is right,you need check your
application profile such as %Debug% %Diagno% etc...
