Reg: TOAD session.

Hi,
For all the users of one particular site , the TOAD session is frequently
disconnecting for APPS account after every 10-15 mins of activity.
It is remaining connected without disconnecting for all other accounts. The
issue is happening only for APPS account.
Can you please let me know as whether there is any option in TOAD that can
be checked on this issue.
Or is it due to some other factors?
