Problem in printing from Oracle appslications

Hi All,
I have a problem in printing from Oracle appslications. I also checked with
Unix admins, they were able to print at the OS level. I have least idea in
troubleshooting at the Application level. Does the request store the print
request in any table and processed to printer queue?. Other location printer
assigned are working fine. Can anyone please advice in getting this worked.
