   You may be able to identify why there are two roles by investigating the 
values on columns ORIG_SYSTEM and ORIG_SYSTEM_ID on table WF_ROLES, for both 
roles.

Portal supplier user cannot see open notifications prior to 23 NOV. Only 
notifications after 23 nov are visible, 

 Also when I checked the  recipient_role, until 21-Nov the recipient_role is 
ADHOC2454598569311319186PO.

 ON 23 Nov the recipient_role changes to ADHOCR2454794166241466141PO.

 
SO there is a change in the recipient_role also. 
Can someone advice what could be the problem behind the same.
