Performance issue

Hi gurus,
One of my user runs an informatica job everyday at 3AM. He is facing the
performance issue alternate days or a week later and there is no standard to
figure out why its causing it.
I checked IO wait on the server and locks at that time it looks fine and
still his jobs is taking more time to complete. However it will take very
less time i.e few mins and somedays it takes hours. Could you please help me
out on troubleshooting and let me also know if you need any more details?
