Sounds like something has been customized and either the form is calling stuff in the wrong order or a trigger has been removed or disabled. 1) I would upgrade to 11.5.10.2 just out of principal 2) Document your customizations - That is some pretty basic INV behavior so something is tweaked. 3) Your DB version (assuming 11.2.0.4) is not certified with 11.5.9 (See: http://blogs.oracle.com/stevenChan/entry/db11gr2_certified_ebs11i ) a. Potential cause of problem . I don't trust uncertified versions for weirdness like this can occur.
