Need to restrict table(s) access by IP-Address

Hello DBAs,,
I have a task, I need to know how to restrict users to access a certain
table(s) for a particular time.
& this restriction is by IP address.
Also How to perform this by vault Database: step by step to restrict table(s)
access by IP address.
Instance: e-Business suite 11.5.10.2
Database: 11.1.0.7
Operating system: sun spark
If any one had done this before , please feedback me by his experience.
