INACTIVE SESSION

Hi All,
I am facing an issue where an user is getting timeout from the application very
soon.
I have verified the values for Profile options:
Site Level
1.ICX:Session Timeout - 75
2.JTF_INACTIVE_SESSION_TIMEOUT - 60
When i go in the backend and verify xml i can see its 1800000 =
1800000/(60*1000) =30 mins
Any hints?
