Hi team,
Just recently discovered that starting from patch 3453499 11i.ADX.F
there is new "look-and-feel" login page available.
To play with it you need to change the Context file (XML) change a
value of the parameter s_directory_index from index.html to index.jsp
(interestingly enough that Oracle in some patches change this value to
index.jsp it self, so be aware there to look in order to change it
back to old style login page).
BTW: It looks like now you can develop your own login page and use in
your environment.

The default welcome page for the Rapid Install environments
(located at http://<machine>.<domain>:<port>) appears with
a new look-and-feel. The welcome page provides useful links
and a simplified login experience.
The welcome page is available at $PORTAL_TOP/index.jsp. If
you want to maintain your own welcome page, use the
AutoConfig customizations feature described in Metalink
note 270519.1.
