FND_INSTALL_PROCESS and AD_DEFERRED_JOBS

Hi DBAs..

The dynamic tables FND_INSTALL_PROCESS and AD_DEFERRED_JOBS  are created
when d driver is executed..
Correct me if I am incorrect??

What information these tables hold..Can anybody elaborate on this..
