Apps 12 basic doubt..

Hai

I have installed R12 on Xp. I logged into apps first time & when i
click on a responsibility, it asked me to install j2see. after
installation, it has to open the clicked screen, but nothing happens.
when i click on different responsibility, it asks me to install
j2see.exe again...

please help.
