have you tried to look into the Metalink on ora-443 errors?
There are plenty suggesting other there regarding what to do with ora-443.
Look for 11i recommendations.
Just wonder if you had previous experience running Apps on Unix/Linux platform?
What is you overall impression on running Apps in Win32?
I am stronger believer that Apps are not for Win32 platform. This is
why I am asking that question.
