Last I checked ISCEV recommends 60 minutes after flash
photography/ophthalmoscopy. When in doubt – check it out @ iscev.org

Everyone,
How long is required after taking Xeon Flash images from a fundus camera before
the patients eye recovers enough to perform a Merg? I had thought the beaching
effect was recovered enough within 15 minutes after the last flash image.
