[optimal] OPS - OCT-A WEBINARS in December

This is a reminder that the OPS will be hosting three webinars in December
focusing on OCT-A. The first webinar is Tuesday, December 6th at 8:00 pm
EST. Registration for each webinar closes at 11:00 pm the night before the
webinar date. This is a great way to pick up those last few CECs for
recertification.
