We have used this system for over 10 years. One thing we did is enter our doctors three times each....example ......Johnson, Carl; Johnson, Carl L; Johnson, Carl S. The reason for this is not to skew the optimization for a normal length eye from the outliers such as short and long eyes, therefore, the S and L at the end of each name. Our cut off for short is under 22.00mm and for long over 26.00. This has worked well for a long time.
