You will get wide fluctuations with some retinal specialists that never order ICG and some that order more than others. It is not universally accepted as necessary. My Clinic would do less than 1 in 40 with some retina ordering more than others. We have 4 booked today which is quite high for us. We often go for days without one. We have the Spectralis but previously used the Topcon. More ICG are done now but that may have more to do with a change in Doctors. We have a newer Uveitis specialist that orders more than most.
