Karen at Akorn, and Collin at Accutome, $4.50 for 10%.
 
2.5 cc of 10%, 5 sec push Maculra Studies, and 3.0 cc of 10%, 5 sec push for 
Proliferative Disease.
 
Only dialed 911 once, in 14 years.
