Has Windows 10 updated recently? You might have to roll back to a previous
build. Check under your update settings. I know that HEX isn’t the only
software that has broken because of Windows updates. Hope that helps.

Hello all,
We have had an odd occurrence on one of our Heidelbergs. The xml function has
gone away. The software has been reinstalled 5 times. It will work for a bit
then the xml will disappear again. When the xml is there the print report
options go away and vice versa. We have spent a lot of time on with Heidelberg
and have yet to find a solution.
Has anyone encountered this before? What was your solution?
Oh and this machine upgraded to windows 10 but Eye Explorer had been working
for 6 months+ with no issues till last week.
