ifa Ophthalmic EMR/PM Support and Training Position


Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

 

Employment Type: Full time permanent

Job Description:

 Training and Support of Electronic Medical Record / Electronic Practice
Management System

 

Duties:

. Technical support of ophthalmic EMR

. User training: physicians and staff

. Software installation and upgrades

. Implementation team member

. Project management team member

. Read and interpret documents, such as operating instructions and procedure
manuals

. Create documentation for customers and support team

. Work in cooperation with customer IT staff to provide support and problem
resolution

 

Requirements:

. Bachelor's Degree

. Ophthalmic clinical experience preferred

. IT support experience preferred

. Valid driver's license

. IT and/or ophthalmic certifications a plus

. Possible travel

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

. Ability to work with physcians and staff in a training and support
environment

. Excellent interpersonal communication skills-verbal and written

. Strong analytical and logical skills

. Data analysis and reporting skills

. Demonstrated proficiency in support of computer systems and software

. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

. Familiarity with ophthalmic clinical environment and workflow
