[optimal] Dyspnea 2 days post IVFA, Anyone ever have reports of this?

Hi all. Just looking for some anecdotal observations. Has anyone ever had a 
patient complain of dyspnea or trouble breathing as much as 2 days post IVFA? 
We had a patient complain of this with no other side effects noted. In my 
experience, most all adverse reactions occur relatively soon after injection IE 
the same day, although we have had instances of non-specific dermatitis a day 
or more post IVFA. 
Interested in other opinions and experiences.
