FAF is synonymous with color fundus.
Like picking Retina OCT or RNFL OCT- both are not paid if done at same visit
Here at the ODC, we choose Color Fundus for the billing, and absorb the FAF.
It's only 60 seconds more.

8+ years and we simply do it along with color images (think similar to red free
before an FA). So we get paid the same, but do 2x the work.
