Yeah.. There's this place called "The (insert your country of origin here)
Embassy." They specialize in helping (insert your nationality) travelers
out of jams like you are (allegedly) in.

Good Afternoon,
Just writing to you with regrets letting you know that i'm
stranded here in Manila Philippines.i went for a short vacation and
unfortunately for me on my way back to the hotel we were mugged at gun
point.we lost all except our passports just because i left it back at the
hotel.It's been a bad and traumatic experience.Right now all i need is your
help getting back home i really need urgent medical and financial
assistance.
