[optacon-l] Saw the light

In 1972, i had use of an Optacon for 1 month for evaluation purposes; asking
my 9 year old daughter
to print 1 word on a blank sheet of paper, it took
a half hour to read that word, flower, without any training
whatever. It was like a window to the world had opened!
I was sold on the Optacon.
